COCLEAR er et dansk-sproget
rockband. Den dansk/svenske kvintet har base i København.
Udgangspunktet med dette band er at skabe en hybrid mellem den
hårde amerikanske rock og så dansksprogede pop-sange tilsat en del
elektroniske elementer. En genre som bandet selv kategoriserer som
"HardPop". Bandet har en umættelig og utrættelig hang og trang til
musik med gode melodier og omkvæd, men samtidig også en god
energisk bund.
COCLEAR vil i løbet af sommeren 2010 færdiggøre
deres debutalbum. Producer Jacob Bredahl er manden som lægger sin
exceptionelle, tunge og ægte metallyd ind over sangene. To af
sangene er allerede ude som downloads - en tredje single er på vej
i løbet af foråret. Bandet har fået rigtig megen god respons på
musikken. Resultatet er blevet et meget kontant og kraftfuldt
udtryk, og får blandingen af pop og tung og hård rock til at smelte
sammen i en ultimativ og unik lyd som man ikke tidligere har hørt i
dansk musik.
COCLEARs medlemmer har en bred baggrund der
stikker rødderne ned i alt fra det ondeste, dybe industrial fra
90'erne over senere rap-/ny-metal, og punk til den hélt anden ende
af skalaen med pop-musik og "højt-til-loftet"-omkvæd og
kor-arrangementer.
THE FALL
FROM GRACE presents its take on alternative music. The
music flirts with diverse musical genres. The best way to classify
the music may be as emotive alternative rock with strong references
to post-hardcore.
The band is on solid ground within the Danish underground scene
where it has been continuously proven that the members always
deliver their absolute best performances at each
show.
This has among other things lead to the nominee as Talent of the
Year at the DMeA (Danish Metal Awards) as well as numerous concerts
in Denmark and performances at the Motorschiff Stubnitz, a mobile
platform for live music throughout Europe.
The band's live performances strive for delivering a unique
auditive experience for the listener. This is delivered strictly
without the use of sampling yet with a great portion of
instrumental creativity and human sensibility.
The Fall From Grace is keen on new challenges. These ambitions
coincide with the release of their new EP entitled The Largo
Sessions which is self-produced. The acclaimed producer Christian
Bonde, CB Studios (Dawn of Demise, Trusted Few, Crocell etc.), has
then mixed the EP.
The songs focus upon being to the point and incorporate an
experimental approach to the songwriting with a sense of melancholy
and dream fullness.
The Largo Sessions EP is distributed worldwide through iTunes
along with several other online music distributors.
